Production Metal is a manufacturing facility using HAAS CNC Mills and SL series lathes. Other production machinery includes Minster and Bliss OBI punch presses. We design and build Air-powered presses for multiple extrusion punching. Extrusions are accurately cut to length with up-cutting aluminum extrusion saws. Our unique operations allow for machining aluminum extrusions up to 42 feet in length.

The team uses Mastercam, Gibbs Cam, and Solid Works for design and programming.
