The company quickly grew from a backyard operation to 3000 square feet adding punch presses, automatic screw machines and fabrication capabilities. The company moved to our current location in Milton Florida
in 2004 building 9000 square feet of manufacturing space just in time to experience Hurricane Ivan. This proved to be a silver lining for the company as we are a now a large producer of components for the hurricane protection industry. In 2018 we added 3000 square feet of warehousing for material storage and now poised again for further growth.
Our primary capabilities are CNC turning, CNC milling and punch press operations for standard and shaped aluminum products up to 25 feet in length.
We also design and manufacture punch frames and tooling for punching H beams for solar field build outs.
The FDOT fabrication group helped design then machine all aluminum handrail items for The Pensacola Bay Bridge pedestrian and bicycle section of FDOT project 409-334-1. The custom extruded shaped post and mounting pads eliminated much of the proposed welding saving much time and efforts of all parties involved in the handrail build and installation. I am proud of our employees and the local contractors we worked with that will be a part of the Pensacola skyline for many years.
Production Metal Stampings has an innovative group of machinist and has become the manufacturing solution for a diverse group of customers including boat-lift and boat tower builders, marine dock and hardware suppliers, solar field post providers, telecommunication pedestal manufacturers and creative handrail fabricators.
