Our In House Capabilities
Production Metal Stampings punching operations consist of Minster, Bliss, Sangiacomo and Stamtec presses.
We perform turning and milling operations with HAAS CNC mills and lathes. We design and manufacture our own tooling and fixturing.
Area of expertise in Stamping, Machining, Fabrication, Tool and Die each work in support of the other areas of production operations.
Extrusions are accurately cut to length with up-cutting aluminum extrusion saws. Our unique operations allow for machining aluminum extrusions up to 42 feet in length.
The team uses Mastercam, Gibbs Cam, and Solid Works for design and programming.
